Sun City Tennis Association has sent grant checks to three Bluffton Tennis entities; Bobcat Public Tennis, Boys and Girls Club and Bluffton Public Tennis Inc.
Earmarked to help build two additional courts at Bluffton High School, Activities Director Robert Brown took possession of a $500 check which will be added to the five year budget, the goal of which is to raise approximately $80,000. “With this generous donation and net proceeds from the Luke Jensen promotion at the school on the 15th, this has been a good week for public tennis!” Brown said. Brown went on to say that this Sun City money is yet another installment of kindness from the tennis people of Sun City who have contributed resources, volunteer time, and valuable equipment to help hundreds of Bluffton kids.
